Nestled between a gorgeous marsh of Southern Louisiana and Bayou Dularge on a Peninsula where big oak trees abound, you will find Le Beau Soliel (LBS). This newly built guest house is perch high above the ground with two en suite bedrooms, each with the ability to sleep 1-3 anglers, a large great room with a fully equipped island kitchen, a laundry room, a 60” tv, wifi, and a sunset deck with gas grill.

What is included

BEDROOMS: Each room boasts a split king (can be made into two xlong individual beds for larger groups) and an xlong twin bed with 700 thread count sheets and down comforters that will encompass you end of a long day on the water.

BATHROOMS: Each supplied with Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Hand Soap, Lotion and Sunscreen.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with pots, pans, skillet, slow cooker, full chef set of Hinkel Knives, baking dishes, cookie sheets, cutting boards, an extra large french door refrigerator, a dishwasher and a disposal as well as a microwave and range oven.

PANTRY: Our pantry will always be stocked for your stay with a variety of the following:

• Coffee K-cup variety,

• sugar,

•sweeteners,

• creamer,

a large assortment of your basic Cajun cooking needs:

•Sea Salt,

•Pepper,

•Cayenne Pepper,

•Chili Power,

•Montreal Steak Seasoning,

•Bay Seasoning,

WATER: Water is safe to drink. Our large Freezer does have an ice maker, though for heavy cocktailing, we recommend picking up a bag of ice.

CATERING: We can organize catering an and/or Chef for your stay. Please inquire for pricing. Contact Us to coordinate.

GROCERIES: Most of our anglers, if not driving with their groceries, will visit the ROUSE’S on St. Charles as they enter town. Rouse’s is approx 15-20min from LBS and is an excellent grocery store equipped with a full LIQUOR Store.

DRINKS ON THE WATER: All local guides provide water and a cooler of ice large enough to put your own lunch/snacks.

LAUNDRY: Detergent and dryer sheets will be supplied.

WIFI: Le Beau Soliel will provide high speed wifi for messaging, streaming, screen sharing onto our 60” smart TV. Note: Due to heavy duty metal roofs and being at the end of the road, cell service can be spotty. Be prepared to use wifi calling and messaging. While fishing, we have found AT&T has the best service when out in the marsh.

Important Details

CHECK IN/OUT:
Check IN: 5pm
Check OUT: Depends on availability. Most Anglers fish their final day and depart the same evening after fishing. If bedrooms are available, late check out will be permitted and showers will be available after fishing. If not, check out will be PRIOR to fishing on final day. Bags can be stored in the locked boat garage downstairs or in their personal vehicles.

FISHING GUIDES: Le Beau Soliel works in conjunction with local/seasonal guides. If you are interested in staying, but have not yet booked with a guide. Please send an inquiry. Contact us to coordinate a guide.

SPECIAL NOTE: All renters must be fishing with a local/seasonal professional guide. LBS does not rent to any DIY Anglers or will allow boats/skiffs on the property.
